Aditya Rajan

Aditya was born in Patiala, India and moved to the UK early in his childhood. He has just finished his first year of BSc Financial Mathematics student at LSE. Aditya heard about the AIC in his last year of high school and was incredibly impressed that a conference of such scale was wholly managed by students just a few years older than him. It was the AIC that led him to confirm LSE over his other offers. His favourite part of the 2019 conference was fanboying over meeting Paul Singer. He interned at an Emerging Markets L/S Equity Fund, an FX Rates Sales desk and in project finance in London and at a mid stage deep tech VC fund in Palo Alto before starting university. In his first year summer, he interned at a tech private equity firm and a corporate law firm. Aditya has played the drum kit since the age of 12 and previously played in a progressive rock band with his friends. His favourite drummers are Ilan Rubin (Nine Inch Nails) and Danny Carey (Tool). His favourite artist and spirit animal is Kanye West.
