Junaid Hussain

Junaid is the Founder of HodlCo, a holding company building and backing technology assets in areas such as blockchain, gaming, and the metaverse, including investments in Skiff and The Sandbox. He was previously a Partner at Kingsway Capital, a London-based crossover investment firm with ~$4 billion AUM, founded by LSE alumnus Manuel Stotz. Having joined the firm after graduating from the University of Cambridge in 2018, Junaid spun out to start HodlCo at the end of 2021, with anchor investment from Kingsway followed by other institutional investors, family offices, and public tech companies. Junaid has led investments in and served on the boards of companies in geographies, including the US, Colombia, Egypt, and the Philippines.
