Dami Lalude

Dami Lalude is a Managing Director at Bregal Sphere. Prior to joining Bregal in 2024, Dami spent over a decade working in private equity. She helped develop and launch a climate investment strategy in her previous role. She started her career in European M&A and high-yield capital markets at Goldman Sachs.
Dami is currently an independent member of the Ethical Investment Advisory Group of the Church of England.
Dami holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
