Luca Zileri

Luca Zileri is an Investment Associate at Bregal Sphere. Prior to joining Bregal in 2024, Luca was an Associate in the Financial Sponsors team at Bank of America, where he advised clients, mostly global Private Equity Funds, on the origination and execution of M&A and Leveraged Finance transactions across EMEA.
Luca holds a BA in Economics and Business from University College London, where he wrote his dissertation on the profitability of sustainable investments in the European Banking Sector. Originally from Italy, Luca is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.
