Shmuel Chafets is the Founder and Chairman of Target Globalwhere he oversees the early stage practice, co-founding projects and strategic development of the firm. Shmuel began his professional career as a strategic and media consultant working in the Israeli parliament and government. Throughout his 15 year career as an investor, Shmuel has invested in over 50 companies across SaaS, B2C and Fintech.
