Before joining Procuritas in 2002, Mattias worked as a senior consultant in a consulting arm of Ericsson in London, focusing on strategy and business development. He has more than 20 years of experience within the private equity industry and has been instrumental in developing Procuritas' investment strategy. One of the recent deals that Mattias has led is the sale of Sofa Company to Lars Larsson Group which doubled its revenue during Procuritas' ownership.

Mattias holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and an MSc in Industrial Economics and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, as well as a certificate from Sorbonne University in Business French.
