Ian Wood

Epiris

Ian joined Espiris in 2012 as an Investment Manager and has since been promoted to Partner.

Ian’s role includes originating, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities. Most recently he worked on our investments in Stuart Turner, Sharps, The Big Table, TI Media and The Club Company. He has also worked on our investments in Audiotonix, Elian, Hollywood Bowl, Isle of Man Steam Packet Company, Parkdean and Sparrows. Ian sits on the Management, Investment and ESG Committees.

Before joining Epiris, Ian spent two years at GCP Capital and eight years at Silverfleet Capital focusing on mid-market UK and European buy-outs. Prior to that, he worked at Deloitte in corporate finance and at Andersen in the financial restructuring team.

Ian is a Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Management Science from Warwick University. Away from the office he enjoys skiing with his four children and anything petrol-related.
