Jim Garman

Mr. Garman is Head of EMEA Alternatives, Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Real Estate in the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs. He joined the firm in 1992 and became a Partner in 2006. He is a member of the firm's Global Real Estate Investment Committee. Goldman Sachs is a full-service global investment bank. Through its Merchant Banking Division, the firm is a leading global investor and manager in private equity, real estate and infrastructure.

During his time at Goldman, Mr. Garman has also been a Board Member at LEG Immobilien AG, Director at Kerzner International, a Board Trustee for Right To Play UK, a Director at IQ Student Accommodation, and a member of the Cambridge land economy advisory board.

Mr. Garman graduated from Cambridge University, where he studied land economy and natural sciences.
