She is the co-founder of Gain.pro leading the digital revolution in private market intelligence Gain.pro is a game changer for everyone who wants to find, understand and track the companies that matter. Industry leaders in PE (e.g. CVC, Cinven, Bain Capital), M&A (e.g. Perella Weinberg, Lazard, Rothschild) and consulting (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain) trust Gain.pro's unique insights into the private market. Since the launch in 2018, Nicola has led the growth of the company to ~100 employees and an international presence.

Before founding Gain.pro, Nicola was an engagement manager at McKinsey. She holds a Master degree in Strategy & International Management from the University of St. Gallen and completed parts of her study at Duke, Mannheim, HEC Paris and Stockholm School of Economics.
