AIC Opportunity Program

"Unlocking Opportunities, Empowering Futures: Bridging the Gap through Alternative Investments."

At AIC we believe that educational and networking opportunities should be available to all, not some. In 2022 we successfully launched the AIC Opportunity Programme, a scholarship providing access to the conference and exclusive networking opportunities to a diverse range of delegates. As a result, students from a low-socioeconomic background are able to access the conference and its numerous opportunities completely free of charge.

As part of this programme, delegates will be able to attend an invite-only Opportunity Programme networking lunch with firm representatives of the delegate’s sponsor firm. We also want to allow the creation of long-lasting relationships between delegates and inspirational individuals working in industry leading firms. To do this, we launched the AIC Mentorship Scheme in 2023, allowing chosen delegates to receive 1:1 mentoring  from a firm representative prior and post conference, to facilitate personal and career development.
