Shani Zindel

Livingbridge

Shani Zindel is Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Livingbridge – a mid-market private equity firm based in the UK, US and Australia with £2.1bn under management. At Livingbridge, she oversees all new investment activities and is responsible for driving deployment across the funds and leading new investment teams. Prior to becoming Chief Investment Officer, Ms. Zindel joined the business in 1997 as an investment manager.

Before joining Livingbridge, Ms. Zindel grew up in Johannesburg where she spent her university years working part-time for a bookmaker and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant, occasionally helping out with the family travel business.

Ms. Zindel is a board trustee of youth charity Impetus which finds, funds and builds the most promising charities focused on transforming the lives of disadvantaged young people as well as a member of Level20, a not for profit organisation working to improve gender diversity in the private equity industry.

Ms. Zindel received a BComm (Hons) in Accountancy from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
