Magdalena Siembab-Romanik works as a Senior Manager at PSP Investments. Prior to this, she was an Associate of Advent International till March 2022. She acted as an advisor in the German speaking region and across the CEE countries.

Previously, she worked at Bain and Company within the Private Equity and Consumer Goods practices. Prior to this, she completed internships at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, the Polish Embassy in Luxembourg, and HSBC. She holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics.
