Milena Ermolenko is a Global Risk Analyst in the London office, currently undergoing her first rotation in the Trade Surveillance team. Prior to joining Bank of America’s Risk graduate programme in July 2023, she was a student at the University of Warwick studying Economics, Politics and International Studies.

She led many societies during her undergraduate degree, her roles included: Vice President of Warwick Women in Economics and Talks Coordinator at the Warwick Economics Summit. In her second year, Milena undertook the 10 week summer internship at Bank of America, which she then converted into a full-time role.
