Tolgar Sirvanci is a Managing Director in PGIM Private Capital’s London Corporate Finance office. He oversees private placement and mezzanine activity in the UK managing a US$11.8 billion portfolio (as of 30.9.23) of senior debt, mezzanine debt and private equity investments. Prior to this role, Tolgar led a team responsible for marketing, originating, and managing private placement and mezzanine investments in London, Scandinavia, and Turkey. Tolgar joined Pricoa in 2002 as an Analyst in the Chicago office and re-located to London in 2006.

Tolgar received a BBA and a BSE from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
