Ms. Werdelin joined CD&R in 2022 to lead talent and organizational development, including diversity and inclusion, in Europe. She has over 25 years of experience in a similar capacity, including COO and People lead roles at Accel, Investment AB Kinnevik, Apollo Global Management LLC, Goldman Sachs & Co, and is an accredited business coach. Ms. Werdelin has an M.Sc. in finance and managerial economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Ms. Werdelin sits on the board of AB Sagax as Non-Executive Director. She is also an Advisory Board Member at Stockholm School of Economics for the Master of Finance Program.
