Douglas Kim

ouglas Kim is an Associate, Real Estate Investments, at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). With over three years of experience in the real estate sector, Douglas has built deep industry knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry across multiple geographies in the EMEA+APAC regions in various real estate sectors, including offices, logistics and holiday parks. After joining PSP Investments in 2019, he has played a key role in the acquisition processes and asset management of PSP's real estate investment portfolio in the UK and is currently focused on the expansion of PSP's Real Estate business in Asia.

Douglas holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Warwick and a Master of Philosophy degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge. He joined PSP after completing his master's degree at Cambridge in 2019.
