Johanna Lottmann

Johanna Lottmann is a Partner in PJT Park Hill and European head of PJT Park Hill’s Secondary Advisory Group, based in London. She has extensive experience advising financial sponsors on GP-led transactions, plus worked with some of the largest Limited Partners across Europe on liquidity solutions for their fund portfolios. Prior to joining PJT Park Hill, Ms. Lottmann was with Lazard’s Private Capital Advisory Group in London, most recently leading the European Secondary Advisory activities. Prior to this, Ms. Lottmann spent three years in Lazard’s TMT and Industrials teams in London, having started with the firm in 2005.
