Director, Talent Management
Matt is responsible for delivering end-to-end talent acquisition solutions in support of Onex’s overall talent strategy. This includes developing effective strategies around high-quality candidate sourcing, innovative candidate pipelining, candidate management and assessment methodologies, and employer brand management. In addition, Matt is responsible for supporting broader firmwide initiatives related to Talent Management.
Prior to joining Onex, Matt was a search consultant at Spencer Stuart, focused on executive level recruitment for asset management and private equity clients. Previously, he worked as a credit research analyst at Bloomberg LP, covering global financials. Matt began his career in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs in New York.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Cambridge.
