Mihir joined the firm in 2009 in the investment banking division in London. He spent the early part of his career advising clients in the UK and across Europe on M&A and financing transactions before moving to the merchant bank, where he focuses on the firm’s investing activities in large buyout transactions in the UK, financial services (across Europe) and sustainability.
