Violet Farkas

Violet is responsible for delivering end-to-end talent acquisition solutions in support of Onex’s overall talent strategy for the firm’s investment teams globally. This includes executive search, innovative candidate pipelining, candidate management and assessment methodologies. In addition, Violet is responsible for supporting broader firmwide initiatives related to Talent Management.

Prior to joining Onex, Violet was a search consultant at Blackwood Group in London, focused on investment professional recruitment for private equity clients across Europe.

Violet holds an MSc in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
