Alex was born in Singapore but was brought up in Malaysia. Inspired through an Asset Management internship, he decided to study finance and deepen his understanding of the alternatives space through AIC as a Marketing Officer in 2022. He will be heading the marketing team for 2023-2024, where he will be in charge of outreach to the various career centres and societies of target universities to acquire potential delegates

Outside of school, Alex enjoys discussing macro economic trends and investment theses with friends or playing poker.
