Alicia was born and brought up in London, originating from South India. Attempting to fuse her mathematical curiosity with a love of the wider world, Alicia is currently studying BSc Economics and is in her second year. Alicia joined AIC in 2021 as a Marketing Officer, drawn to the ambitious and goal-oriented group, and calibre of speakers. In her current role as the society’s Co-President, Alicia strives not only to build upon the previous year’s successes, but also to increase diversity of backgrounds and opinions within the team, delegates and speakers. Alicia has been playing the piano for over 15 years, and having completed her diploma, now plays for fun. She also loves to read crime novels, and listen to old-school hip hop in her spare time.
